Rates

• 450 Euros per week. This includes all water, electricity and heating charges. A cleaning fee of 100 Euros is additional and needs to be paid as you leave.

• Payment in full by T/T is required a full two weeks before your arrival date. Cancellations after that time carry a 20% cancellation fee.

• Note – Visits of less than one week are possible at a charge of 70 Euros per night, however, the cleaning fee of 100 Euros per visit applies whether the stay is one day or one week.

• Rates for stays longer than four weeks may be negotiated.
