The house is simple but comfortable. It’s a terrace house style and on three levels. The kitchen, dining and a seating area are on the street level. The downstairs area has a sitting room / TV watching area, with a large three-seater sofa (opens out to a comfortable double bed), a bathroom/laundry (with washing machine and dryer) and the boiler room for the central heating. The level opens onto the back courtyard which flows onto a green area and the local school playground (always deserted). The top floor has a very large main bedroom with a QS bed, a second bedroom with two single beds which can join together as a King and a bathroom.
